Celebrating Milestones in Lycoming County

Last month, we celebrated a major milestone for 43 graduates who successfully completed their program at the Lycoming County Reentry Service Center, a GEO Reentry Service Center in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. During the ceremony, several graduates spoke about their experience as to how the programming changed their outlook and developed a belief in the program.
